Many of the surveys that we are asked to undertake occur under terms of strict confidentiality, so we’re often not a liberty to talk about our surveys on some of the World’s most iconic yachts. This 100 metre plus Lurrsen was a case in point. She’s instantly recognisable wherever she goes and sets the bar in terms of style and performance. We undertook a pre purchase survey for the buyer over 5 days with a team of 5 surveyors from Yacht Survey Partners, together with technical specialists from MTU and deKeizer. Our final report, which was over 400 pages long, was delivered to the buyer’s team just 3 days after we left the boat, meeting the very strict timetable agreed between the buyer and seller.
